WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ACID ZAPPER
Based on athlete experience to obtain the full benefits from Acid Zapper it should be taken as a daily supplement. The first 3-4 days you may not feel much difference in your workouts. What’s going on? Most athletes have an accumulation of acids built up in their body due to physical and dietary stresses, Acid Zapper works to neutralize that accumulation. Within 4-7 days you will begin to feel the effects of the product with noticeable improvement in your performance and recovery. After 7-10 days you will feel the real potential from the use of Acid Zapper, including increased workout threshold and faster recovery.
Acid Zapper Tablets are designed to break down in the digestive system over a 90-minute period. Tablets should be taken with water either one hour before or two hours after a meal. As a daily supplement it is recommended that you take one Acid Zapper tablet per 50 pounds of weight. For best results, athletes should split their daily dose, taking half to two-thirds of their tablets in the morning, just after waking, and the remaining half to one-third of their tablets in the evening, just before going to bed. Tablet dosage can safely be doubled during heavy training 3-4 days prior to and 1-2 days after a competitive event.
COMPETITION / HEAVY TRAINING STRATEGY
On competition day or heavy training days the dosage can safely be doubled 3-4 days prior to and 1-2 days after a competitive event. If the event last 4 or more hours we suggested 2 tablets be taken 4 hours into the event.
It is recommended that Acid Zapper products only be taken water or other liquids such as sports drinks or coffee. The tablets should be taken with a large swallow of liquid, never dry. |
